Western Family and Shurfine package designs are category specific in order to be directly competitive with national brands. it is our goal to create a design that will do a better job of attracting the shopper's eye than any of our competitors while honestly communicating the quality of our products. To that end we study the competition, and from there develop strategies and objectives that enable us to create package designs that represent the high quality of the products being sold.

Western Family makes a significant investment in high quality packaging to reflect the quality of the products. A commitment to up-to-date, professional packaging for all products allows Western Family to compete successfully with national brands.

Packages are continually evaluated by the in-house design staff as well as consumer panels, and updated to conform to federal regulations and changing competitive situations.
