• 48 Western Family Large Marshmallows
• 1 Cup Western Family Pineapple Juice
• 1 Pint Western Family Whipping Cream
• 1 Jar (16 oz.) Western Family Maraschino Cherries, halved and drained
• 4 cans (20 oz.) Western Family Chunk Pineapple, drained
• 6 Bananas, sliced

1. In a saucepan, combine marshmallows and pineapple juice. Heat and stir frequently until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into a container, cover and chill in the refrigerator until gelled.
2. In a large bowl, combine whipping cream and marshmallow mixture and whip until cream has soft peaks. Add cherries, pineapple, bananas, and serve.
