I love your Shurfine Oats N More with Almonds. They are much better than Post…and I’ve quit buying Post in favor of Shurfine. You’ve done it right! The flakes are bigger and last longer in milk. The clusters are big and tasty and you can TASTE the cinnamon! Ours is far superior to the national brand.

Dear Western Family Foods,
One day while shopping in a hurry, I accidentally picked up your Shurfine White Albacore Tuna instead of my regular Starkist and let me tell you I am VERY glad I did. Your tuna is so much better than any other I have bought! Regular tuna bothered my husband’s stomach so we switched to the albacore. The Shurfine brand was so much meatier than the rest. Most of them are more water than meat. I just wanted you to know that I’m glad that I made that mistake! Yours is the only tuna I will buy from now on and I don’t usually buy store name products. Thank you!

To Whom It May Concern,
This is the best bacon (Shurfine Thick Sliced Bacon) we have ever tasted. I’ve been buying it for five years or more, I think. My family loves it and my sis drops in just for a bacon sandwich on Saturday mornings (which is when I always cook it.) – two packages usually and store the leftovers for mid-week BLT’s. We call these slices, jokingly, “bacon steaks!” My grown sons, when visiting, devour it. Just wanted to let you know and give praise where it is due. We purchase it at our local small town market up the street, Vincent’s on Main Street in Westminster, MA. Thank you and have a great day!

This is not a complaint! Before purchasing your Shurfine products, we avoided store brands for many products, as they were obviously inferior. The Shurfine products are as excellent as the best name brand ones whether it is food items or other items. How you manage to do this and at such reasonable prices is beyond me. Keep up the high quality and good prices.

Your Creamery Select ice Cream is the best ice cream we’ve tasted in a long time! The peanut butter has HUGE chunks of Reese’s cups in it; the cookie dough is awesome; the caramel caribou is fabulous! Honestly, they are sooooooo good! Our store just started carrying them and we love it! Thank you.

Just wanted to let you know that my husband was asking for some Oreo cookies and I didn’t want to pay the price for them and I happened to see your Double Duo’s in a special sale in the store. I bought a package of them and he loves them! I will continue to buy Western Family products. I already get the aspirin and shampoo products and love them…and now I also get your AA batteries for my camera…they last as long as the ones for triple the price. Thank you for giving us consumers a good deal on good products. Brand names aren’t always the best. Thank you for being here in the good old USA!

Dear Western Family,
I think that you guys should donate some of your food to the schools of America. The food they serve at my school is I think very unhealthy! Like every week we have Pizza Hut pizza and I think that it is unhealthy. WE should have like Western Family yogurt or juice…stuff like that. My mom buys most of our food and stuff Western Family cause she says it is healthy! Well most of your stuff anyway. But please donate to West Bountiful Elementary! We will be glad to have Western Family stuff more than ever!!!! Thank you.

Dear Western Family Company,
You are a very large and cool company. Pretty much every time my mom goes to the store she gets Western Family products. My sister loves your popcorn.  Whenever we get a box of butter flavored popcorn, it’s gone in about 3 minutes. Me, of course, loves your honey, peanut butter and lots of other delicious foods. My favorite of the foods is mandarin oranges (which are delicious). Your buildings are huge and very interesting to see on the outside. Well, I’ll write you later.
